Cultural Intelligence, or CQ, is the capability to work and relate effectively across cultures. It goes beyond awareness or etiquette. CQ is a practical skill set you can measure, build, and apply in real situations.

I’m DANIELA DRAUGELIS, founder of Cultural Pathways. I help leaders, multicultural teams, and internationally mobile individuals and families communicate more effectively, build trust, and navigate the challenges of international transitions.
I offer executive and transition coaching, Cultural Intelligence (CQ) assessments and workshops, and cross-cultural communication consulting. My background in international marketing, corporate communications, and business development spans four continents and more than 15 countries.
As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Facilitator, and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I combine intercultural learning with reflective coaching and practical strategies tailored to your needs and circumstances.
My cross-cultural upbringing, multiple international moves, and experience of repatriation shape my understanding of how professional effectiveness and personal adjustment are connected, and how transitions affect confidence, relationships, professional identity, and sense of belonging.
